The Champagne House of Legros is in the village of Prouilly in the north of the Champagne region. They have been Champagne makers for 3 generations and Roger Legros is now passing his skills and experience onto his sons.
This champagne has been aged for over 18 months in the cellars at Legros and is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
It has a dosage of 10g/l. Good to drink now until 2013.
